These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website https://www.kriwagroup.com/ and the services provided by KRIWA Group. By engaging with us, you accept these terms in full.

1. Services Provided

KRIWA Group provides digital solutions including, but not limited to: SEO, GMB Setup & Management, Website Management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, PR & Article Publishing, Graphic Design, and App Development.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the necessary access (such as hosting credentials or ad account permissions) required for KRIWA Group to execute the agreed-upon services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment for custom services (such as App Development or Graphic Design), the intellectual property rights of the final deliverables are transferred to the client. KRIWA Group reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

4. Limitation of Liability

KRIWA Group strives to achieve the best digital results; however, we cannot guarantee specific metrics, rankings, or sales figures (particularly for SEO and Ads). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh.

At KRIWA Group, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of digital marketing, design, and development, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Service Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-Commencement: If you cancel a service (such as App Development or Graphic Design) before any work has commenced or resources have been allocated, you are eligible for a 100% refund of any advance payment.

Post-Commencement: Once work has officially started on your project, advance payments are generally non-refundable. If a project is terminated midway by the client, billing will be calculated based on the prorated hours or milestones already completed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Ad Spend budgets paid directly to platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Payments made for PR & Article Publishing once the article has been syndicated or published.
• Domain registrations or third-party server hosting purchased on behalf of the client for Website Management.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work diligently to revise the deliverables (such as design tweaks or bug fixes in app development) to meet the agreed-upon project scope.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
